Jeffrey G. Sheldon has been
recognized by California
Lawyer as one of the 20 best
intellectual property lawyers in the state. He is also recognized for his
leadership in creating one of the most dynamic, purely intellectual property law
firms in the country. His leadership in intellectual property professional
organizations has established him at the pinnacle of his professional specialty.
Mr. Sheldon also teaches, serves as an expert witness, and is the author of the
foremost treatise on how to write patent applications.

property law, Mr. Sheldon is skilled at achieving clients’ objectives through

Mr. Sheldon’s technical
background is in the biomedical and chemical engineering arts. He was previously
employed as a chemical engineer by Exxon and Shell. Prior to that, he was a
scientific coordinator at Lee Pharmaceutical and a medical device development
engineer at American Hospital Supply Corporation.
