Experience

Daniel J. Coplan is a veteran litigator with over 11 years of experience in Entertainment, Securities, Copyright and Commercial Litigation in both State and Federal courts.  A tenacious and loyal advocate, Mr. Coplan has the unique skill of making his opponents expose their weaknesses, and then turning those weaknesses against them. He acquired this skill, in part, through his training as a martial artist and further honed it with 13 years of international competition.  Mr. Coplan also brings to the practice of law over two decades of experience in motion picture production, exhibition and marketing, and applies his broad-based experience and competitive skills in protecting and prosecuting his clients' rights in both transactional and litigation matters.
